We enjoy the “master-planning” process used to build the "business case". This design can be used to attract tenants and to seek financing to extend or modify commercial space to meet your tenants' requirements.

We have co-­ordinated the design and construction to take a building from rundown and vacant to retail revival.

In every project, our three dimensional software allows us to present the building in video walk-through format for all to understand. Our work in commercial design has provided space and renovation for several local, privately held businesses owners and / or tenants such as the Region of Niagara and The City of Port Colborne.
